How to measure:
Chest: Place the tape measure across the back, underneath the arms and then across the fullest part of the chest.

Waist: Measure across natural waistline, keeping the tape measure taut and horizontal. This is usually the narrowest part of your waistline and the point where body creases when you bend forwards.
