At Fat Chimp Forces Wear & Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn and unwashed items.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our team or your preferred shipping method.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
